Shaun Turner
Chief Executive

Sandra Whiting
PA to the Chief Executive

Sandra assists Shaun in his daily business and is responsible for all IT matters within the County Headquarters. She takes minutes at all Council, Board and Committee Meetings and is the co-ordinator for our England Excursions to Wembley.

Gavin Lemmon
County Development Manager
Gavin manages the Football Development Department, overseeing the delivery of the County FA’s four year strategy, ‘4-4-3’. He is also responsible for facility development and grants, working closely with the Football Foundation and other key strategic partners to bring investment into Norfolk.

Darren Moss
Girls and Women’s Football Development Officer

Darren is responsible for the female game in Norfolk, supporting grassroots clubs and playing an important role in the Norfolk County FA / Norwich City FC FITC Centre of Excellence system as Coach of the Girls’ Under 16 squad. He has managed the Women’s Representative side since 2006 and also oversees our Young Leadership Programme. 

Adam Gusterson 
Small Sided Football Development Officer

Adam is tasked with the day to day running of our County 5IVES Small Sided Football Centres, administering established Centres and launching new Centres as demand grows across the county. He is responsible for all other Small Sided football in Norfolk, ensuring it is affiliated and adheres to FA regulations, as well as co-organising and delivering Small Sided events such as Soccer on the Sands.

Craig Terrington
Football Development Officer

Craig is responsible for The FA Charter Standard Club Programme in Norfolk, supporting new clubs in their applications and co-ordinating our extensive Charter Standard Club In-Service Training Programme. He oversees our annual Charter Standard Festivals of Football, the School-Club Links programme and manages Charter Standard Club discipline through the organisation of monitoring visits throughout the season.

Barry Knight
Referees Development Officer

Barry oversees refereeing in Norfolk, working to develop our qualified, registered referees as well as educating new match officials. He monitors the quality of the county’s referee assessors, acting as a point of reference for any match official queries and administering all referee registrations and promotions.

Kate Dixon
Football Development Administrator

Kate oversees the Coach, Medical and Referee Education programme that is delivered countywide on an annual basis. She is the Secretary for the Norfolk Football Coaches Association, which is administered at the County Headquarters, and is the Match Co-ordinator for our Under-18 and Women’s Representative teams.

Matt Carpenter
Football Administration Manager

Matt manages the Governance Department, overseeing the day to day running of the game in Norfolk. This includes the administration of affiliated clubs, managing disciplinary issues and the co-ordination of our County Cup competitions. 

Jenny Symonds
Football Administrator

Jenny's role involves the club affiliation process each season, the collating of material for our annual County Handbook, the processing of misconduct reports throughout the season and dealing with discipline issues and payments. She also handles enquires over the phone and at the County Headquarters Reception Desk. 

Steven Hemp 
Football Administrator (Competitions)
Steven is the principal point of contact for clubs in regard to the County Cup Competitions, overseeing all draws, cup related mail outs and processing of results. He is involved with the affiliation process and assists with all aspects of work in the Governance Department.

Raffi Coverdale
County Welfare Officer
Raffi is based at the County Headquarters on a part time basis, implementing The FA’s three part approach to Safeguarding Children. She manages cases of poor practice at clubs and works with The FA Case Management and other Statutory Agencies in the scenario of actual cases of abuse against children.

James Shelton
Marketing & Communications Officer
James promotes the many strands of work at Norfolk FA & the FDC through internal communication channels – such as NorfolkFA.com, theFDCNorfolk.com and our monthly eNewsletters – as well as externally through the local and national media. He oversees the marketing and branding of the County FA, whilst also building and maintaining new and existing partnerships with business in the area.

Steve Nielsen
FDC Tournament & Function Coordinator
Steve is tasked with the recruitment of teams for, and the delivery of, small sided tournaments at the FDC, as well as working with local companies and organisations in delivering corporate functions and social events at the centre. In addition, Steve’s role incorporates the day to day maintenance of the centre and evening supervision of the FDC on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s.

Tracey Nielsen
FDC Administrator
Tracey is responsible for the day to day running of our County 5IVES Leagues at the FDC on Monday evening's and throughout the rest of the week during the day. This includes administrating all league information and referees, dealing with pitch hire bookings and keeping all users updated of information relating to initiatives run at the centre.

Jessica Seymour
FDC Administrator
Jessica oversees the running of our County 5IVES Leagues at the FDC on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. She also deals with the hiring of pitches and all user enquiries during these times.

Stuart Rushbrook
HatTrick Football Development Officer

Based at the FDC, Stuart oversees our HatTrick programme in the NELM (North Earlham, Larkman & Marlpit) area, enabling young players and leaders in the area to engage in safe, fun, structured football activities with the aim of them taking part in affiliated football on a regular basis. He delivers after school and lunchtime clubs, hosts football courses during the school holidays and provides free sessions every Wednesday and Saturday at the Bowthorpe School Site.
