NCFA Tracey, you're one of the County FA's newest members of staff, right?
TN Yes, I have been working with the County FA at the FDC for 8 months - since summer 2009. Previous to that I was employed by the former football provider at the site for 8 years.
NCFA So what do you enjoy most about your job?
TN I'd have to say it's the everyday challenge!
NCFA What was it that made you want to work in football?
TN I was previously a youth football club secretary and it led on from there when I was offered a job at the centre.
NCFA Do you follow a football team?
TN No, not really. I have no choice but to watch any game shown on TV, so I support everyone in a way!
NCFA Who do you fancy to win this summer's World Cup?
TN England, of course!
NCFA If you were in a football team, what position would you play?
TN I would be the manager, I'm surprised you needed to ask!
