Affiliating your Club

The 2017-18 season affiliation window is now open and once again clubs are able to complete the whole process online via the Whole Game System.

New Clubs
Prospective new Clubs looking to affiliate should contact a member of our Football Administration Team on 01603 704050 or alternatively email Matt.Carpenter@NorfolkFA.com who will be happy to provide support and guidance to get your  new Club up and running.

Existing Clubs
For season 2017-18, Clubs can again affiliate online using the Whole Game System, removing the need to complete and post paper forms and also providing the ability to pay online by debit / credit card, although you can affiliate online but pay by cheque if you would prefer. The online system automatically rolls team details forward from one season to the next, minimising the amount of time required to complete the process.

Accessing Whole Game
You can access the Whole Game System by clicking on this link - Whole Game System

To log on simply enter either your email address or FAN Number together with your password, which will be the same as the one used to access Members' Services. If you have forgotten your password simply click on the link on the screen and if you require any other assistance accessing Whole Game, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Football Administration Team on 01603 704050 or email Matt.Carpenter@NorfolkFA.com.

Affiliation Fees
Once again we are offering discounted prices for those Clubs that complete their affiliation early and for the third season running, we are also offering an additional discount to Charter Standard Clubs. However, please note that to qualify for the applicable Early Bird Fee, your fully completed Form, must be submitted to us by no later than Sunday 11 June 2017.

Charter Standard Clubs
2017-18 Early Bird Fee - £30
2017-18 Fee Applicable after 11 June 2017 - £65
2017-18 Late Fee Applicable after 1 July 2017 - £80

All other Clubs
2017-18 Early Bird Fee - £40
2017-18 Fee Applicable after 11 June 2017 - £65
2017-18 Late Fee Applicable after 1 July 2017 - £80

Additional Team Supplement
The additional team supplement has increased to £5 per team for 2017-18, ensuring that the affiliation monies paid by each Club more accurately reflects the size of that Club. Please remember that the affiliation of 1 team is included in the Club affiliation fee and therefore the supplement is only payable by Clubs that run more than 1 team.

Public Liability Fees
The Public Liability fee for 2017-18 has been reduced from £26 to £21 per Club. Each Club only has to pay this amount once, irrespective of the number of teams that it runs.

Personal Accident Insurance Fees
There have also been changes been to the Personal Accident Insurance for the 2017-18 season with a significant drop in costs for the best levels of coverage. Adult teams are once again able to choose between 3 different levels of Personal Accident Insurance cover.

Bronze - £64 (was £62)
Silver - £96 (was £114)
Gold - £162 (was £284)

We would recommend that Clubs select Silver as a minimum, but you are free to choose whichever level of cover you deem appropriate. Please note that the above fees are payable per adult team and you may choose different levels of cover for different teams within your Club should you wish to do so. 

The Personal Accident fee for youth teams has also been reduced from £26 to £21 per team and again full details of the cover provided can be found at the bottom of this page.

Manager / Coach Details
Please note that for the 2017-18 season you are required to provide the name of the manager / coach for each of your teams at the time of affiliating. For season 2017-18 all managers / coaches of youth teams MUST have an in date FA CRC at the time of affiliation. Any team that does not have a named manager or coach with an in date CRC will not be able to affiliate.

Safeguarding for Committee Members
For 2017-18 all clubs with a youth team a minimum of Secretary, Chairman and Welfare Officer must complete the online safeguarding for committee members course. Please click here for further information.

County Cup Competitions
Please note that for season 2017-18, it is once again mandatory for all Under 19 teams to enter the Norfolk Sunday Junior Cup unless they are part of a Club that already has a team in that competition. Please check the County Cup Eligibility document for confirmation of which cup(s) your team(s) should enter.

What if you can't affiliate online?
If you are unable to affiliate online, please contact a member of the Football Administration Team on 01603 704050 and we will arrange for a paper affiliation form to be posted to you.
