Course Booking Terms and Conditions

Norfolk County Football Association Booking Terms and Conditions

To book onto Level 1 and Level 2 courses

  • These can only be booked online
  • Attendees can book and pay for themselves online
  • Places can be pre-paid by clubs, (see below for the accepted methods of payment) and a ‘FOC’ code will be issued to enter at the payment stage.  However if a Level 1 or Level 2 place is pre-paid it will not be reserved and the attendee will need to book onto the course as soon as possible in order to reserve their place.  If a place is pre-paid and then the course is fully booked before the attendee has booked on, an alternative course will be offered or a full refund of the course fee will be made. 

To book onto all other courses

  • Attendees can book and pay for themselves online
  • Places can be pre-paid by clubs, (see below for the accepted methods of payment) and a ‘FOC’ code will be issued to enter at the payment stage.  However if a course place is pre-paid it will not be reserved and the attendee will need to book onto the course as soon as possible in order to reserve their place.  If a place is pre-paid and then the course is fully booked before the attendee has booked on, an alternative course will be offered or a full refund of the course fee will be made.
  • Offline booking may be made, however these will be subject to a surcharge on each offline course booking made as follows: 

£10         Goalkeeping Level 1

£10         Goalkeeping Level 2

£10         FA Referee course

£5           FA Emergency Aid workshop

£5           FA Safeguarding Children in Football workshop

£5           FA Welfare Officer’s workshop

£5           Junior Football Leaders course

£5           Futsal Level 1

Payment methods

  • Online bookings – credit or debit card
  • Pre-paid bookings – cash, cheque (payable to Norfolk County Football Association), Norfolk FA Gift Voucher or Bursary, BACs transfer, credit and debit card
  • Offline bookings (including the surcharge) – cash, cheque (payable to Norfolk County Football Association), Norfolk FA Gift Voucher or Bursary, BACs transfer, credit and debit card 

Change of course date or cancellation

  • Once a place is confirmed we require 10 working days’ notice to transfer or cancel a place
  • Requests for transfer or cancellations within 10 working days from the start of the course will not be considered unless in extenuating circumstances
  • All cancellations will incur a £5 admin fee
