The third round draw for the Ashtons Legal Senior Cup has been made.

Games will be played on or around Saturday 21 January 2023 with teams competing to make it to the Quarter-Final stage.

Teams from Step 4 enter the competition at this stage, meaning that Dereham Town, Gorleston and Wroxham are included in the below draw.
