Frequently asked questions surrounding Course Education in Norfolk

No. Each individual learner is required to book their place using their own FAN and Password. 

This is to ensure our information on medical conditions, emergency contacts etc is accurate and up to date. The booking agreement is always between Norfolk FA and the individual learner.

No, learners are required to attend all dates and times associated to the course they have booked onto. Failure to attend all dates and times will result in non-qualification and individuals will need to book and pay to attend the course again in full to become certificated.

If you are looking to cancel your place, please refer to our cancellation policy which can be found on our website. These Terms and Conditions will have also been provided to you at the time of booking and also in the booking confirmation.

I've already paid but can no longer attend - what are my options?

If you have booked onto a course but can no longer attend the dates, you are able to switch with another individual should you provide at least 2 weeks' notice.

Alternatively, you can cancel your place and book onto another that is more convenient.

Yes we do - if a course has filled please get in contact with us on 01603 704050 to get yourself added on.

No - both workshops are included in the Level 1 Course so you do not need to book onto these separately. 

If you already have an in-date Safeguarding Children certificate and Emergency Aid, you may be able to miss these workshops on the Level 1 course. If you think you have these already, please contact us and we will confirm this for you.

We are unable to reserve places or take part payments for any of our courses. Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis from online registration where full payment is required.
