What is the Norfolk Intermediate Cup?

The Norfolk Intermediate Cup is in it's second season for Saturday Clubs who have two or more eligible Teams competing at Junior Level in Norfolk. The lower ranked team/s that are eligible will compete in the Norfolk Intermediate Cup.

UEA 'A' lifted the trophy in the 2021-22 season after beating Celt Rangers Reserves 5-2.
