Club Affiliation

The 2021-22 Club Affiliation window opened on 1st June and once again Clubs will affiliate using the Whole Game System. The deadline to submit applications is 30th June. Any applications submitted after this date may incur a late affiliation fee. New Clubs affiliating for the first time are exempt from late affiliation fees.

Prospective new Clubs looking to affiliate should contact a member of our Football Services Team on 01603 704050 or alternatively email Support@NorfolkFA.com and we will be happy to provide support and guidance to get your new Club up and running.

For the 2021-22 season, Clubs should once again affiliate online using the Whole Game System, removing the need to complete and post paper forms and also providing the ability to pay online by debit / credit card, although you can affiliate online but pay by cheque if you would prefer. The online system automatically rolls team details forward from one season to the next, minimising the amount of time required to complete the process.
We hope that you will find affiliating online simple and straightforward, but to assist you at the bottom of this page you will find a Guidance Booklet that takes you through the process step by step and we would encourage you to follow this closely.

For the 2021-22 season there is a £5 Team Affiliation fee for each affiliated team within your application. 

The Public Liability fee for 2021-22 remains frozen at £21 per Club. Each Club only has to pay this amount once, irrespective of the number of teams that it runs.
The range of Personal Accident Insurance products has expanded for the 2021-22, with the full list of products and fees as follows: 

Adult Insurance 

Bronze - £49.50
Silver - £74
Gold - £125
Adult Disability - £22.50

Youth Insurance

Non-Disability Youth Team - £18
Youth Disability (U13s and above) - £20
Youth Disability (U12s and below) - £15

Other Insurance Products

Recreational Team - £22.50
Walking Football Team - £22.50

Please remember that each affiliated team require a personal accident insurance product. Full details of the differing levels of cover provided can be found in the documents at the bottom of this page.

Please note that for the 2021-22 season you are required to provide the name of the manager / coach for each of your teams at the time of affiliating. All managers / coaches of youth teams MUST have an in date FA DBS at the time of affiliation. Any team that does not have a named manager or coach with an in date DBS will not be able to affiliate.

For 2021-22 all clubs with a youth team must have a minimum of Secretary, Chairman, Treasurer and Welfare Officer who are all required to complete the online safeguarding for committee members course. Please click here to access the online course.

Please remember that it is compulsory for all Adult 11-a-side Clubs to enter at least one County Cup Competition, including any Club who’s only adult teams are female.

Clubs with youth teams at U12, U14 & U16 ages are strongly recommended to enter their appropriate County Cup, although this is not mandatory. Please note that U13’s & U15’s can enter the Stuart Dracup Cup and John Savage Cup respectively should your Club not have an U14’s or U16’s.  Each Club may only enter one team per cup competition, with the exception of the Women's Cup where Clubs are permitted to enter both their First Team and Reserves.
