This year's Norfolk Junior and Sunday Senior Cup Finals are this Sunday at Carrow Road.

This year’s Norfolk Junior Cup sees Dussindale Rovers take on East Harling on Sunday 29th April. KO 2:30pm, at Carrow Road.

East Harling FC began their cup with a 5-2 victory over Longham FC. They continued their scoring streak with a comfortable 5-1 win over Holt United. Overall East Harling has scored 20 goals in the six games they have played in the Norfolk Junior Cup. Not only are they outstanding going forwards they are also impressive in the defensive area, having only conceded four goals in total. AFC Lynn was able to hold them to a 1-1 draw at full time but East Harling came out on top with a 2-1 win after extra-time. They went on to qualify for the final by beating Fakenham Reserves FC 2-0 in the Semi-Final.

Dussindale FC began their cup run with bye in the first round. However the team was able to pick up momentum in the second round against Haisboro FC. In a very tight game Dussindale came out victorious with a narrow 5-3 win. Overall, Dussindale FC have scored 13 goals, and conceded 5. They have only managed to keep two clean sheets, meaning this could be problematic when they play against an attacking minded team such as East Harling. However, they managed to keep a clean sheet in their narrow win against Poringland Wanderers in the semi-finals which earned them a spot in this year’s final.

This year’s Junior Cup Final is guaranteed to be a fantastic game of football!

This year, Acle Rangers FC take on Windmill FC in the Norfolk Sunday Senior Cup Final on Sunday 29th April at Carrow Road (KO 7:30PM).

Acle Rangers FC will be confident as they head into this year’s final having cruised past Horsford FC in the semi-final with a 4-0 win. Rangers have enjoyed a decent season as they sit mid table of the Norwich & District Sunday league Premier Division, winning seven of their 12 games. One of Acle Rangers` best cup displays came against struggling side DE FC, beating them 5-0 in round 2.

Reigning champions Windmill FC opened their title defence with a bye in the first round. They gained momentum after a solid win against The Middle Green FC in the second round of the Cup, winning 5-0. Their confidence was elevated after they progressed through to the semi-final with a 3-1 win over Schoolhouse FC. On their journey to the final they have scored 16 goals and only conceded 5, this attacking dominance could be what separates the two teams in the final. However, it is important to note that Windmill FC only managed to secure a 4-3 victory over Chilvers FC in their Semi-Final.

We are looking forward to a tight game!
