Your Chance to be a new SSE Wildcats Centre for the 2018-19 Season
Here’s your chance to be a new SSE Wildcats Centre for the 2018-19 season
Why not join the 17 other SSE Wildcats centres in Norfolk and become a centre yourself this season
The Centres are a key part of The FA’s commitment to doubling Women’s and Girls’
football participation by 2021.
From Thursday 1 November 2018, grassroots clubs, organisations and community
groups will have the opportunity to apply to become an SSE Wildcats Football
Centre, delivering football for 5-11 year old females in Norfolk.
What is an SSE Wildcats Centre?
An SSE Wildcats Centre is an opportunity for girls aged 5-11 to have fun,
develop fundamental skills, try a variety of sessions and lay the foundations
for a lifelong love of sport. Sessions are delivered by qualified coaches on a
weekly basis, either after school, during an evening or at
weekends.
In addition to providing inclusive centres across the County, we are also looking to support the launch of a new disability Wildcats centre. This centre would specifically cater to young players with disabilities and special educational needs.
For all of those participating, the aim is simple; have fun, make friends and play football.
What do I need to do next?
