Norfolk County FA is excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team as the Manager of our largest and well-established Football Development Centre, theFDC based at Bowthorpe Park, Clover Hill Road, Norwich.
The facility offers a variety of 3G football pitches (2x 7-a-side and 6x 5-a-side), a ‘stadia’ grass pitch known locally as the Field of Dreams and a hub building that includes a bar/function area, changing rooms and meeting room facilities.
We are looking for someone who possesses a passion for customer excellence and drive for maximising the opportunities for using the facility. The successful candidate needs to have an excellent understanding of facility management with a focus on delivering first class customer service and facility compliance. They must have a desire to sustain the existing users whilst generating and maintaining new users, using their knowledge and experience of creating a welcoming and professional environment.
As the facility includes bar and proposed additional catering facilities, the successful candidate must have the innovation and knowledge to maximise these supplementary services the centre is either currently offering or proposing to offer in the future.
You must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. You will also have experience of people management, and a working knowledge of facility management including health and safety requirements. Candidates must be able to demonstrate team working skills and have a commitment and be able to work at weekends and evenings.
