MAKE YOUR CLUB A GREAT CLUB

Charter Standard accredited clubs get access to a range benefits and you could too!

Does your club want more support? More funds? Better equipment? If the answer is yes, we think you should consider becoming accredited.

The Charter Standard programme is The FA’s accreditation scheme open to all grassroots clubs and leagues. It aims to raise standards in the game by supporting the development of clubs and leagues, recognising and rewarding commitment, quality and achievement.

Clubs who achieve The FA Charter Standard status are proud to be the best places for people to play and enjoy football. Places where people can develop skills, keep fit and enjoy being part of a friendly, inclusive community.

Does this sound like your club? Or what you want your club to be?

Once you’re accredited you will have access to benefits including:

  • Help attracting players, supporters and volunteers
  • Funding for facilities, sustainability and growth
  • Kit and equipment
  • Access to promotional resources and guidance
  • And tailored support from our County FA

Best of all it won’t cost you a thing. That’s right there is no charge to become accredited. Clubs just need to meet certain criteria to have a successful application, but you may find you already meet some of these or you are not far away from achieving them.

We can support you to get accredited and guide you through what you need to do.

Apply now to make your club a great club

If your club isn’t already Charter Standard but would like to enjoy all these benefits, get in touch and see how we can help you make this a reality.

Please contact our Football Development Officer (Clubs & Leagues), Anna Larkins who will be happy to talk you through it or follow the link below for more information.
