We are ideally looking for individuals to join us who have relevant skills and experience in one of the following areas:

  • Human Resources
  • Information Technology
  • Risk Management

These are exciting times for Norfolk County FA as we have recently moved into our new County Headquarters at The FDC, where a significant amount of development has taken place over recent months and we currently have a new 3G pitch being installed.

In September we launched our 2021-24 strategy entitled “A Strategy for Everyone”, which is built around the following core components:

  • Workforce strategy
  • Equality, diversity & inclusion
  • Strategy branding, vision, mission and our DNA
  • Safeguarding
  • CFA corporate governance
  • Sustainable financial model
  • KPIs and headline objectives

As a member of our Board, you will play an important role in ensuring that we deliver on the objective and targets contained within the strategy.

Norfolk County FA would like our Board to be reflective of our local demographic, consisting of a diverse range of skill sets and backgrounds to enable the Association to continue to go from strength to strength.
