Pay & Play Update

Monday 20 December marks the return of Pay & Play to our Football Development Centres, and it will also see a number of changes to the operation of the provision.

The key points on how Pay & Play will operate from this date onward are listed below:

• 
  Participants aged 10 years or younger must be supervised by a parent/guardian over 18 at all times.
• Participants aged 10 years or younger without a parent/guardian aged 18+ present will not be permitted to take part in Pay & Play.
• All Pay & Play participants must wear the correct footwear when on our 3G pitches – no metal studs or flat soled shoes are permitted.
• Members of FDC staff will carry out regular spot checks throughout Pay & Play sessions.
• A mandatory signing in and out process will be introduced for all Pay & Play participants.
• No bikes or scooters are permitted to be used pitchside and must be secured in the designated areas provided on site.
• The maximum number of participants permitted per session at The FDC is 60.
• The maximum number of participants permitted per session at theFDC@OpenAcademy and theFDC@Flegg is 40.
• Pay & Play sessions at theFDC@OpenAcademy and theFDC@Flegg will run for 3-hours. Where possible, two Pay & Play sessions will be available per day.
• The cost to attend a Pay & Play session is £3 per participant, per session.
