Ahead of the 2021/22 player registration window opening on Monday 5th July, we are keen to ensure that all those involved in registering players for the club have their relevant training on the new Club Portal.
The new Club Portal replaced the Whole Game System back in March for Player Registration so many of you may be familiar with the system already.
The FA held training sessions back in March and have a recording of one of the training sessions that covers all aspects of the new Club Portal, this can be found here.
There is also a lot of useful information on player registrations on the Grassroots Technology Support Portal, this can be found here.
In addition to the FA’s training video above, we will be running 4 sessions over July and August.
- Monday 5th July – 6.30pm – This will be a recorded training session that will cover the main player registration process and cover the key points relevant to clubs playing in Norfolk sanctioned leagues, that are not covered in the FA’s training video. The booking form can be found here. Please share this link with anyone within your club who will have any involvement in registering players.
- Wednesday 14th July – 6.30-8pm - Click here to join the meeting
- Thursday 22nd July – 6.30-8pm - Click here to join the meeting
- Tuesday 17th August – 6.30-8pm - Click here to join the meeting
These 3 sessions will be drop-in sessions where the registration team will be on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have. You will not need to book onto these sessions, the link to the sessions can be found next to the date above.
The recording and the presentation will be made available after the first training session and will also be published on our website.
As always, if you have any questions or issues on the above or any questions regarding player registrations, then please do not hesitate to get in touch on Registrations@NorfolkFA.com.
