Norfolk FA Long Service Awards

If within your club, league or association you have a person who deserves recognition of the long service they have given then nominate them for a Norfolk County FA Long Service Award.

You can do this either as a surprise for the individual or with them being informed. Please view all the nomination categories on the PDF document at the bottom of this page. 

Please complete the below Microsoft Form no later than 1 July for the nomination to be considered by the Board of Directors at the July Board Meeting. Nominations received after this date may not be considered until the following season.
