Job Vacancies at our Football Development Centres

Work with a great group of people in an exciting and fast paced environment that has the development of the local football at its core.

Norfolk County FA is the not-for-profit, governing body of football in Norfolk. Founded in 1881, it governs, regulates and develops grassroots football across the County, sitting under the umbrella of The FA.

We are proud of our positive culture, innovation, and one team ethos as a workforce. Every member of staff has a part to play in the development of #NorfolkFootball, and together we can change lives within the local communities around the County.

A selection of exciting opportunities have become available for passionate and driven individuals to join the team across our three Football Development facilities.

The successful individuals will have experience in fast-paced, customer focused roles, with excellent communication and problem solving skills. We are looking for people who can thrive in a team environment and work toward departmental targets, as well as having the initiative and discipline to work independently.

Do you have what it takes to make a difference and play your part in changing lives through the power of grassroots football? If so, we’d welcome your application.

Please find below the relevant job packs for these roles.

Applications must be submitted using the links within the packs no later than 5pm on Thursday 4th August 2022. A separate covering letter and CV should be emailed to Kate.Dixon@NorfolkFA.com at the time of your form submission.

Interviews for the positions will take place in person across the dates of 8th, 9th and 10th of August.

Those candidates selected for interview will be notified, via email, on Friday 5th August 2022. Should you not receive any correspondence from us by this date this means that unfortunately you have not been selected for interview.

If you have any questions or queries regarding the roles, please contact Ian Grange, Head of Facilities & Development, via Ian.Grange@NorfolkFA.com.

Norfolk County Football Association embraces the diversity of Norfolk Football and promotes equal opportunities for all. We welcome applications from all candidates regardless of age, race, disability, gender reassignment, pregnancy and maternity, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership, sex and religion or belief.

Norfolk County FA is committed to safeguarding children and adults at risk. Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check through The FA DBS process. The possession of a criminal record will not necessarily prevent an applicant from obtaining this post, as all cases are judged individually according to the nature of the role and information provided.
