The third round draw for the Harrod Sport Women's Cup has been made.

Games will be played on Sunday 15 January 2023 with winners going through to the Quarter-Finals scheduled for Sunday 19 February 2023.

Norfolk Teams playing in the Eastern Region Women's League, Division One North enter at this stage, meaning that Fakenham Town have been included.

Teams competing in the Eastern Region Women's League, Premier Division, and The FA Women's National League will enter at the Quarter-Final stage.
