Norfolk FA facilities will close for the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The State Funeral of Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will take place on Monday 19 September.

The date has been approved as a national bank holiday, as the government wants to help give as many people as possible the opportunity on the day of the State Funeral to mark Her Majesty’s passing and commemorate Her reign.

As such, Norfolk FA County Headquarters and our three Football Development Centres (The FDC, TheFDC@OpenAcademy, TheFDC@Flegg) will be closed on Monday 19 September to enable our staff and customers to pay their respects to Her Majesty and commemorate Her reign, while marking the final day of the period of national mourning.

Our phone lines will be closed and staff will not be working on this date. In emergencies, please email info@NorfolkFA.com. Our facilities will reopen on Tuesday 20 September under normal operating hours.
